Robert Hancock founded Hancock Financial, LLC in 2013 and is the Principal Business Advisor & Planner. Robert’s greatest professional enjoyments are helping small businesses transitions from slowing growth to renewed long-term vitality and helping business owners plan and execute a successful succession or exit from their business. Whether you want to improve a single aspect or multiple aspects of your business, grow organically or through acquisition, scale your operations up or down, or formulate a succession plan or exit strategy that is right for your circumstances, Robert will utilize his more than 20 years of professional experience working with small business clients to accomplish your goals.
Robert earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (B.S.B.A.) specializing in Finance from the University of West Florida as well as a Master of Science in Finance (MSF) from Auburn University’s Harbert School of Business.
In addition, Robert has also been a licensed Real Estate Broker in Florida for over 10 years, has held a Florida Life, Health, & Variable Annuity license for more than 20 years, and is a Business Certified Appraiser (BCA) Candidate with the International Society of Business Appraisers.
Keri Hancock
Human Resources Officer, Principal Human Resources Advisor & Planner
Keri Hancock is the Human Resources Officer and Principal Human Resources Advisor & Planner for Hancock Financial, LLC. While spending more than a decade managing all facets of HR for large regional employers (500+ employees) Keri amassed a wealth of human resource (HR) and organizational administration experience & knowledge. She is well versed in managing all aspects of HR including employee relations, recruiting, benefits administration, FMLA, workman’s comp, compliance, and payroll and can apply her expertise to one, or all, of your HR functions.
The comment we receive from clients the most about Keri is that “She is not a ‘typical’ HR professional”. One reason is because her authentic caring nature and compassion for people and their families is palpable the first time you meet her. She truly enjoys being a resource for all members of an organization and her drive to remedy a concern or issue does not fluctuate based upon a person’s professional title or position.
